What is your shipping policy?

All orders may take 3-7 days from date of purchase to be processed, packaged, and shipped. Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. I appreciate your patience and understanding! If you have any issues or need an order by a certain date, please contact me at angelickcreations@gmail.com prior to purchasing. 

Angelick is not responsible for any damaged or lost packages after they have been shipped.



Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Angelick does ship internationally. Prior to making your purchase please check your countries shipping guidelines to make sure they accept jewelry to be shipped there. Also keep in mind that Angelick is not responsible for any additional customs or duties that may incur. International shipping is $20

Can I return my order?

All sales are final and cannot be returned for any refunds or exchanges. Contact me prior to purchasing if you have any questions or concerns about a piece.

All repairs and adjustments are free of cost. If your piece is damaged, please send me an email with all the details and/or photos of the damage, and I will respond as soon as I can. Contact me at angelickcreations@gmail.com 

Please keep in mind that Angelick will not be able to cover charges for shipping the item back to us.

How do customs work?

Custom pieces are available for those who are interested in having Angelick produce a one of a kind jewelry design. They are also an option for making safe jewelry for those who are allergic to certain metals and materials. You will be able to work with me at some level in creating your special piece <3

If you are interested in a custom, please go to the products page and find the item “custom order deposit”. From there you can see the custom order form. To order, add the item “custom order deposit” to your cart. In the product description you will find the form. Copy the form and paste it into the “notes” section at checkout. Fill out the form by answering all the questions. 

Keep in mind that all custom orders require an initial $25 deposit to hold you accountable for following through with your order. The deposit will contribute to the final cost of your custom order. I will start your custom order as soon as I receive the $25 deposit.  Also keep in mind that the $25 deposit will not be refunded if you decide to back out at any point.

How do I take care of my jewelry?

There are many things you can do to protect your jewelry from any possible damage. Avoid wearing your piece while sleeping, exercising, and swimming. Water can damage your jewelry and cause it to tarnish. Avoid spraying perfume/cologne or getting any harsh chemicals on your pieces. Store your jewelry in a dry place and keep it out of reach of children and animals. 

Overall, be gentle with your jewelry since these are intricate pieces meant to be cared for <3 Angelick jewelry is handmade with quality materials such as; freshwater pearls, lampwork beads, glass, vintage beads, crystals, stainless steel hardware, etc.
